Signium Ranked Among Forbes’ “Best Executive Recruiting Firms 2017”

Chicago, IL – Forbes has ranked Signium International number 15 of 250 top Executive Recruiting firms on its “America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms 2017” list.
“The recognition by Forbes reflects our unique approach to identifying candidates that fit into all aspects of the organization” stated Ignacio Bao, Chairman of the Signium Board. “The global services provided under our newly created single brand make Signium a top alternative to the largest traditional players.”

Forbes worked with analytics firm Statista to compile a ranked list of 250 executive search firms, defined as companies that place executives in positions with at least $100,000 in annual pay.

As research, Statista consulted with trade organizations and company databases, identifying about 4,000 recruiters. Then it invited thousands of recruiters, employees who have worked with recruiters over the past three years, and H.R. managers to take an online survey. The survey asked them to recommend up to 10 recruiting firms (excluding their own), and it gathered a total of 20,000 recommendations. The companies with the most recommendations ranked highest.

In sum, Statista surveyed 18,000 external recruiters, 3,000 candidates/employees, and 500 HR managers.

Signium Goes Digital in Berlin!

Chicago,IL – The first of Signium’s bi-annual meetings focused on digital content and delivery. A presentation on the digital future by Christoph Bornschein, CEO of international digital transformation agency TLGG kicked off the event. Partners from more than 25 countries were involved in workshops and meetings during the course of the conference.

Each year, Signium organizes two conferences to help Partners around the world shape the future direction of the organization. Key priorities included the rapid growth of Signium’s global leadership consulting offering, the roll-out of a proprietary offering in Executive Search, growth of a global Board Practice, and welcoming new Partners in Europe and Africa. More than 20 partners led interactive workshops and external speakers included Novartis and Jacobs Douwe Egberts.

Alastair Paton, Vice Chair of the Global Board, said “Each year Signium colleagues meet in Spring and Autumn to look at how we can grow our business together. This is an exciting time for the organisation as we build on our decision in 2015 to brand as one firm globally. Berlin was one of the best organized, best attended and most interactive meetings we have ever held. We also were fortunate to have valued clients attend parts of the conference in record numbers. The energy and enthusiasm for the future was very evident and we made great progress on some big issues as Signium seeks to grow and evolve around the world.”

Signium will hold its annual Fall conference in Cape Town, South Africa in October 2017.
